  1. Services Offered

1.1 Fixed-Fee Precision Shortlists - R6 500 - R15 000 per shortlist

1.2 Full Placement Partnerships - success fee 8-12 % of first-year guaranteed package

1.3 Embedded Talent Support - monthly retainer (quoted separately)

  1. Payment Terms

2.1 Fixed-Fee Shortlists: 100 % payment required before shortlist is released

2.2 Payment via Ozow instant EFT or bank transfer only

2.3 No refunds once the shortlist has been opened

  1. Delivery

3.1 Shortlists delivered within 48-72 hours of confirmed brief and payment

3.2 Free replacement if any contact information is incorrect

  1. Personal Information & POPIA

4.1 All processing of personal information complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and its 2025 Amendment Regulations

4.2 Lawful basis: consent (candidates) and contract (clients)

4.3 Data is stored securely, deleted on request or within 12 months of last use

5.1 We do not guarantee employment or hiring

5.2 Maximum liability limited to the fee paid for the specific service

Republic of South Africa. Disputes subject to South African jurisdiction.
